Cameron did a fantastic job from the very start. We knew we had to do some work before the sale, floors and painting, Cameron lined up the tradesman for us, all very reasonably priced. He guided us through the process being up front and honest the whole way. He was never pushy, just highly capable and experienced.
Cameron is an outstanding agent who worked tirelessly to achieve an incredible result on the sale of our property. He took the time to understand our goals, providing clear and insightful advice to help us maximise the potential of our home and to support us with the purchase of the property we went on to purchase. Cameron adapted to developments as they arose, consistently striving to achieve the best possible result. The package provided by N G Farah is exemplary, from the photography, the scope of the marketing, the communication and follow-up support. Cameron and his team helped us to achieve our dream purchase. We would never use anyone else!
Cameron was professional and responsive. I felt he tried to get the best for both parties and get a deal done with as little fuss as possible. Thanks for your professional approach Cam. We got there in the end.
Cameron made the purchase of my property very easy because of his knowledge of the property also the calm way he attended to every aspect of the process many thanks
I recently bought a beautiful art deco apartment and Cameron was the selling agent. I was impressed by his professionalism, transparency and responsiveness to my (many) questions. I was more than satisfied with the end result and would have no hesitancy in recommending Cameron in buying or selling your property.
My wife & I met with 5 local agents, we decided on Cameron & his team from N.G. Farah. In doing so we hit a he run. He kept us up to date with every aspect of our sale, but best of all he got our property sold for a price above our asking price. If you want a very astute agent who will get you top dollar, Cameron Airlie is your man. Try him out & you'll be on a winner. My wife & I are glad we did.
Cam was great at talking us through the options and next steps, and very in tune with the local community. We’re pleased w the result: one chapter closed and ready for the next. Thanks Cam for all the patience and advice.
I cannot find enough words to describe Cameron’s honesty and trust. He handled my sale with care as if it was his own property. His skills, communication and negotiations Allowed him to achieve a result beyond my expectations.
We purchased our house through Cameron and found him to be very professional, friendly & easy going. We felt well informed all the way and would highly recommend Cameron to anyone who is on the hunt for a property in the area. Thank you!
We were very happy with having asked Cameron to work with us to sell our home. His honest and clear communication gave us the reassurance throughout the process, and removed the stress from the process. His great understanding of our local and the wider market also set him apart from most others. A joy to work with.
Cameron was friendly and a great communicator. Made the whole process of buying my apartment really smooth.
At first I was weary of Cameron, he looks and sounds like the typical Eastern Suburbs real estate agent. To be fair he is a little bit of that too :-p, but that's actually what I really appreciated in the sale of our home. He knows our area well, he gave us a realistic expectation on price but also providing hope of something better. He never promised us pie in the sky prices. As we all know real estate is all about timing and you just never know. In all our dealings with Cam he was respectful, he listened, he was patient and always very communicative. I would definitely use Cam again if we were to ever sell.
