Cameron set realistic expectations from the beginning around sale price and communication, queries and offers. At the auction unfortunately did not sell. At all times, he was transparent in answering our questions as accurately as possible and as a buyer in the current markets in 2021, this was vital. Some of these questions were very early in the morning and or late at night on weekends as well. Given our schedules, Cameron was very flexible in terms of offering inspections on various days and different times. He also asked questions in order to get to know us as buyers better and get a feel for our preferences to see if there was anything from his agency that was available and suitable.
