In selling my mothers house in a randwick I initially selected a couple of agents to get there views of the current market ( allegedly softening) before settling on Cameron at N G Farah. Any agent can sell in boom times but I needed one whose been through boom and bust and could "sell" a property at an agreed price and get it. I walked in off the street to assess ng farah having been disappointed and let down by a big name player in the area. Immediately, Cameron invited me into his office to discuss a flat we wanted to sell, and gave me his full professional attention. One complication we had , was we needed to renovate the flat while living overseas. Cameron organised all the quotes, made the keys available for workmen, and kept us updated with all the progress along the way. Most importantly, he achieved an incredible price we were not expecting. I think he achieved this because he liaised honestly with the clients who had interest and made sure everyone had a chance to put their bid in, but kept everyone on side. I really recommend this guy. He treats both seller and buyer with respect and if I was buying in the area, I would start with him and his team. A really professional outfit. A pleasure to do business with.
