We entrusted Cameron and Conor ( having a much better offer Agents Co), the sale of our home and paid our fees. At the auction reached 3.2 Cameron “squeezed” to 3.250 I agreed under duress, To 3.3 the agent lowest estimate 3.3 and Cameron could squeeze another 25.000. From the buyer. When we were already at great loss of at least 500.000, the ones squeezed were us. In conversationKen and Cameron expressed they wanted todo the right thing for the buyer too. Which they did. The week before I raised my concern to Conor , he said they will do the right thing ….not to worry! I said under duress because Cameron,Ken and the auctioneer gave litany of doom and gloom of the market and push me to accept. At all times Cameron acted in favour of the buyer. I heard that properties gone up .3% three week after, in even when interest is rising.

Throughout our dealings with Cameron he was so professional and nothing was too much for him to assist us with! Found him easy to chat to and always followed through on what he promised even after the deal was completed! Could not recommend him highly enough.

I have dealt with many agents over the years, I have to say that Cameron was a breath of fresh air. They way he kept communication open through the sales process, returned calls and messages but more so assisting with the actual settlement on the day due to some minor issues on vendors solicitor part and making everything happen. Following an unexpected bereavement we found ourselves in a predicament of necessitating the sale of our loved family home of nearly 70 years. Finding Cameron was a godsend when we were in a highly emotional and vulnerable situation. What can we say! Market not great at the time. Overseas on vacation and a bit sceptical about selling our property and not being present. We were actually leasing out our property with NGFarah.
