Following an unexpected bereavement we found ourselves in a predicament of necessitating the sale of our loved family home of nearly 70 years. What can we say! Market not great at the time. Overseas on vacation and a bit sceptical about selling our property and not being present. We were actually leasing out our property with NGFarah.
