I bought an apartment from Cameron earlier this year and he made the process SO easy. I had a million issues (like a bank pulling out at the 11th hour) but he managed to keep everything on track and ensure that I felt as little pressure as possible from his end by providing me with as much assistance as he could - like dealing with my bank directly and helping me work out when it was time to go back to the broker and start from scratch. Even better was the fact that when I first contacted him he took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for in a property to make sure that I would find the right fit. He explained all the hidden costs that come with buying a place so I knew what I was getting into. As someone who has sold a property before, I know the stress of having a deal fall through because the buyer wasn't aware of the implications of buying a place (rates, levies, how stamp duty exemptions work etc). So for me, it was especially notable that he put the leg work in right from the start to make sure that I was a buyer who was ready to buy, no doubt saving his client a lot of stress and heartache. On top of it all, Cameron introduced me to a Luton property manager who took the reigns straight off the bat so we were up and running to rent the minute the settlement happened. THAT was an extra big weight off my mind as learning the ropes of being a landlord is no easy feat. Cameron made a point of introducing me to Sean to make sure he was the right fit, otherwise he had a couple more up his sleeve until I found someone I trusted. Lucky for me, Sean was brilliant. But, Cameron still touched base the following month to make sure everything was travelling well. I really appreciated that. Can't recommend Cameron or Luton enough. Whether you're buying or looking to rent out a place, these guys will make you - and your place - feel like their top priority. You really do get your money's worth (and more).
