We feel so lucky to have dealt with Cameron and his team. Our situation could have been very hectic and stressful, but Cameron took control and made everything happen so smoothly, always answering our questions, being up front and honest the whole time. An opportunity came up for my family and I to move too France and we were unsure of what to do with our house on short notice. Add to that the shadow of Covid hanging over the real estate market. From our first meeting Cameron gave us rock solid market advice, provided a rock solid plan of sale and also gave us an estimate of a price, which was above our expectations. Our house, which we considered our dream house, had been on the market for over 100 days before we brought it, we were told the location just moved slower in the market. So were were very apprehensive leading into the sale and on a time restriction to be in France. With Covid regulations, we were required to relocate to Sydney to obtain our Visas, meaning we were out of state throughout open homes and contract negotiations. Cameron and his team handled it all, advice, marketing, open homes and sale. He had a contract signed on the house within a week (much shorter than the we anticipated). It wasn't a fairytale, the contract feel over. But because of the plan and strategies Cameron had in place he was able to have another contract signed and ready to go with in 3 days! When the house settled, we were happily already in the South of France. For us this was quite and incredible process and we thank our lucky stars we decided to go with Cameron and his team. P.s the price he told us on our first meeting, the one above our expectations, He nailed it!
