When we decided to sell the house, we already had a firm offer for the residence. Cameron convinced us that we should go to the market as he believed the offer was to low. We negotiated the commission on the return that we had to get, because the other price was what we would get, there was no commission to be paid. Csm was able to get far than we wer expecting and Cam was right it going the market far exceeded our expectations and it was sold on the first day it was open for inspection
