For Cameron McGregor I have no hesitation in rating him 5 out of 5 in each listing.......Market Knowledge; Communication; Credibility and Negotiation. Cam rates at this level, because in my experience, while those in the Real Estate profession acknowledge these requirements, not all always apply them. This is not the case with Cam. With a past professional career in Property Valuation, his knowledge is unguestionable and is a wonderful basis on which to establish with the client what is a realistic expectation for the price of your property. From the first meeting with Cam we were convinced that he was the person for the job and throughout the planning and preparation for the sale, during the sale period, the negotiation and settlement, Cam remained continually in contact, keeping us fully informed of progress. Despite Cam’s numerous commitments to other clients, we truly felt we were the only client he had. Cam negotiates well and in our instance was able to achieve a sale which left us very happy clients. FOOTNOTE In preparation of the property for sale Cameron was remarkable. Mid January was considered an excellent time to market the property and here we were in the final week of December,(Xmas to New Year), committed to prepare the approximately 24 year old property for marketing in just over three weeks! Cam stepped in himself and despite the difficult time of the year, with most of the workforce holidaying, he organised trades and other labour to handle painting, electrical, plumbing, carpet laying, landscaping, handy man and cleaning. Unbelievably the property was ready for presentation to the market mid January. It sold early February with settlement achieved the fourth week in March.....all due to Cam’s commitment to the task.
