Having purchased and sold several properties I have experienced the "good and the bad" of estate agents. Cameron falls into the good category. We had known Cameron for some time before our sale and it seemed logical to talk to him about the sale of our penthouse property in Breakfast point. From the outset he was totally committed yet patient, for various reasons it took more than a year to be in a position to market the property ( nothing to do with Cameron) during that time Cameron was never to pushy or impatient yet we always felt he stayed in contact to keep us up to date with market conditions and developments. Once we were in a position to put the property on the market he assisted in EVERY aspect as required. He was flexible ( as were we) with showings and very detailed in his updates. He never set expectations above what was realistic and deliverable yet was determined to get the very best result for us.
