Highly recommend Cameron Nicholls and his team. We've gone through a process full of complications, different views and expectations, people overseas and other.. Cameron and his team were always very friendly and truly assisted contributing to the deal. He was available at all times and always very responsive. In my opinion, Cameron conducted negotiations, paperwork etc with excellence and transparency which was much appreciated. Him and his team are very friendly and were very welcoming to us continuing to assist post sale, every time we requested. That included assisting with communication with strata, access to the property and other tasks which are more than the scope a real state agent would normally do. Cam and the team were always happy to help and assist us. Definetly a 10/10.
