Sold an Executive apartment in the Perth CBD. Cameron was unable to calculate accurate Strata Levies and even when I notified him he disagreed with me, as he believed he knew better. Continual feedback was why the property was too expensive and would not sell. I explained the error in Strata Fee calculation numerous times. Property took a long time to get an offer which was way below market rate. He couldn't even provide an accurate Market appraisal. As an Ex Real Estate Rep, I did my own and we were $40k apart. By the time he got an offer on the property, he had fixed the levies calculation but dropped the price already, so buyer got a 'steal'. Took 5 months to sell when it was a HOT market in Perth, lots of investors about and other units in the same complex were listed and sold in 3 weeks. I believe the lack of experience and inflated Ego, regarding correction of calculations prevented us obtaining a better sale price.
Cameron provided great advice on how to present our property, asking price and marketing options - we received multiple offers after the very first home open. We are based in the UK and had to do everything remotely - Cameron was a great support in managing various contractors working on the property to get it ready for sale, after 7 years as a rental. Finally, Cameron was extremely helpful with his advice on how to handle the multiple offers we received, resulting in the final offer being above our asking price. 5 stars, highly recommend!

We used Ray White, Cannington, WA and the first agent we spoke to was Cameron. He sold our property after the first home open for a price we were happy with, this was after the property had no written offers in the 4 months before transferring to Ray White. Being more mature, we were a little skeptical about all the paperwork being digital online but it transpired to be easy and straightforward. Cameron was approachable, easy going and we enjoyed the experience.
