After having my property listed with another agent for more than a year, without any interest, l was pleasantly surprised by Cameron's positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm. He communicated extremely well and was a pleasure to deal with. My property was sold at the price requested and in only a few months after his appointment as my agent.
Cameron did a great job selling our investment property, he handled all the challenges that we gave to him, due to us living so far away for the house. He made himself available to allow tradies into the property to sort out some snags and did a great job marketing the property.
Cameron made the process super easy, always helpful and never felt like i was being sold/scammed
Know the suburb very well. If you find someone who expert in this area, highly recommend Cameron.
It was a long road but we finally got there. Cameron Smart from Ray Whites was patient with all OUR delays but was very friendly, helpful and professional in all out dealings. Kept us informed and due to his foresight was able to avoid any last minute angst with settlement. Thanks again Cameron for a satisfactory outcome.
We purchased our first home through Cameron. He’s been very helpful and friendly since we first met him at home opening. He answered everything that we asked and gave us lots of useful information on purchasing a property. The whole process was smooth and Cameron continues to help whenever we reach out for him. Good man!
Represented us in a very professional manner and put us on the right tract . Willing to help out always
Started with Cameron due to his great presentation. Great communicator and upfront with everything. Got the job done quicker and more efficient that I would ever expect.
