Recently sold our property through Cameron and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Cameron went over and above to sell our property within one week. We were always kept updated and every step and got the best possible and honest advice. We would definitely recommend him.
Cameron grew up in the same street as me and when it came time to get an appraisal I could think of no better person to do it for me. The situation was quite sensitive due to the home being in the family for more than 70 years and I advised Cameron that I'd only deal with him and that he'd need to be patient with me. Cameron never pushed for me to sell and allowed me the time to make decisions that befitted the situation and for me that's one of the most important traits when making a transaction of this nature. I'm grateful for everything Cameron did on my mothers and my behalf, it's been a thoroughly painless transaction at a very difficult time. Thanks for everything, RWC and Cameron.
The purchase of my property went very smoothly. Cameron was always prompt in returning phone calls and addressing any concerns. I had a few issues with the house that I wanted remedied, this was all completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Cameron's services.
Cameron was very knowledgeable and helped me get the quick sale that I wanted at a decent price.
Cameron really helped us in the sale of our property in a difficult time for selling, his professionalism and knowledge really helped guide us from start to finish.
Cameron was very professional with excellent local market knowledge. He provided all options available to achieve the best result. In essence he made it easy to do business.
Cameron was patient, letting me get a feel of the next place I want to call home. Nothing was a problem and he had answers for me. A pleasant young man.
Cameron provided us with an excellent service from the initial meeting up to the settlement. Thank you very much.
Cameron was great to deal with during a difficult period (Christmas and a honeymoon in the middle of contract!). Assisted with some plumbing issues after settlement as well! In hindsight, I'd recommend picking an agent like Cameron first then go looking as some of the agents in the area were incredibly tardy in responding during a slow sales period (3 months to reply in one case to a request for information/inspection from one large franchise!). If I was to sell in the area, Cameron would be top of the list and H******** would not be.
During the whole procedure, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
It was our first home buy and was good experience as we were look after properly. Good communication skill and prompt response. Though near to the end there was little bit communication gap but overall nice.....
Cameron Smart was very professional and reliable throughout the entire process of selling our house, he always gave us his honest recommendations and guidance. On auction day he achieved an amazing result! Thanks Cameron for everything!
