During the past 9 or so years I have constantly tried to sell my property but since I do not have the market knowledge Cameron has, I depended on him to guide me. At times the property value dropped almost 30% from what I paid for it and Cameron just reminded me that it might not be the best time to sell. Sadly, the market never picked up enough and I was losing thousands per year.
