I never wondered ‘where ‘ things we’re at’ - Cameron would call me promptly after each open house and contacted me regularly to discuss our evolving sales strategy, offers and ‘next steps’. Our sales process involved many twists and turns and Cameron was there to guide and provide - what I felt was - market reflective and commercial advice every step of the way. I always felt Cameron’s advice was honest, realistic and had my best interests at heart. Cameron is genuinely friendly and engaging. I think it’s really important as a vendor to have a rapport with your agent, but I also I think that potential buyers respond positively to Cameron’s calm, pleasant and welcoming manner.
