Deciding to sell our first home was quite an emotional decision. It wasn't just a house it was our family home that we shared with our four young children. Finding the right agent can be daunting ... Where do you begin especially when you get agents knocking on your door on a Monday morning after your weekend moving house garage sale!!! To any one that needs to go through the Sales process, which lets face it can be a strain and one of the most unpleasant things when selling the home can infact be the dealings with the associated real estate agent hunt.
