I used to look at real estate agents like I used to look at car salesman, with my eyes wide open! In January this year my Husband James & I decided we wanted to downsize but we have never sold a house before so we were in no mans land….We has seen a few of our houses get sold under a this blonde guy called Cameron Webber so I contacted him & he came to our house & James and I had many questions but he smiled and answered them straight away and he put James & I ease from that point onwards. We did have appointments with other agents, but we cancelled them. Cameron asked us what we wanted and what price did we want to achieve & we had a price but he said yes that it is possible, but we will need need to paint the exterior and interior of the house and replace all the carpets as we had been in the house 14 yrs & then you can get the price., so that’s what we did, he gave us contact phone numbers, he kept in touch every few days, so during that time it was like a month as we had to practical move everything out of the house to prepare for the house painting and we have been sleeping on mattress and living out of a suitcase since, during this time it was hard and Cameron kept our spirits up especially when we nearly got gazumped on the house we bought! But I told him we had 48 hrs. to get a signed contract on our house, he said leave it with me! He called me within a few hours saying got a signed contract with the price we wanted!! He had sold my house in two weeks BEST AGENT EVER! But best of all Cameron has become our friend and I never thought I would be saying that about a real estate! Cameron has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning it has been an absolute pleasure working with him as he never lets anything worry him and he is very honest, he is honest in his pricing, he is honest in who he recommends like trades and if he cant fix it he knows someone who can.
