The sale of our property could have been lost due to the building report. The report highlighted insignificant issues eg possibility of termites in back timber fence. The house had extensive new electrical work with LED lights and a security system. The new generation of LED lights can be covered by insulation as long as it is less than 4.5. Our bats were 2.5. The inspector was unaware of this and was reflected in his report. We could have easily lost the sale if it wasn’t for Cameron’s patients with the buyer and his communication skill.
