Overall working with Campbell has been great and really easy. He has tried to keep me in the loop where ever possible both prior to the purchase and since the purchase. Please note my rating for Bell as a whole has nothing to do with Campbell and has more to do with other Bell agents I have met and interacted with over the sales journey.

Campbell did an exemplary job in selling our property. Having sold a number of local properties recently and dealing with a number of different agents Campbell / Belle were the best to deal with. His communication skills were key - he called immediately after all inspections like clockwork and sent us very detailed written reports broken down by potential purchaser to ensure we understood who attended all inspections and who was likely to be a purchaser. He also is a team player - leveraging other agents in the firm who were not "on the file" where they had sold properties before on behalf of potential purchasers - which added a lot of value.
Campbell did a very solid job as lead agent. He balanced the demands of both buyer and vendor pretty well - he upheld integrity and respect well. He was always available outside of scheduled openings.
