I’ll be the first to admit I’m not usually a fan of real estate agents—too many overpromise and underdeliver. But Campbell from Belle Real Estate proved to be in the rare and respectable minority. From our first conversation, he was clear, down-to-earth, and refreshingly honest about the process. He communicated everything in plain English, kept us updated at every stage, and never once made us feel like we were in the dark. He was always available to answer questions, no matter how small or last-minute — and he did it all without the usual salesy spin. What really set him apart was his performance on auction day. It was a tough day, with only 2 bidding parties. But he didn’t give up and ultimately got us the result we were after.
