I am so sorry I had Campbell as the support agent on my million dollar property. I originally employed a female agent but she left half way through the sale. On the positive Campbell always answered his phone and got the paperwork through efficiently. On the negative after the sale he did not want to do anything. i had to contact him regarding picking up the keys as he does not have an office and he gave me the biggest, nastiest run around to collect them. This included him creating misunderstandings with my buyer and their conveyancer threatening to withhold money that my conveyancer had to sort out. I had to contact his Area Manager for support. Campbell then kept me waiting for a total of 3 hours on Settlement day to pick the keys up 15 minutes away from my original property and had to be called by his Area Manager to do so. He also lied to his Area Manager that he was on his way. He is most definitely a bully and I would not recommend him to anyone which is a pity as Upside is a really good concept and deserves better quality agents than this.
