I have not had an opportunity to review the market knowledge of Candace nor her negotiation skills because my primary contact at R.T Edgar was another agent, so I had only peripheral exposure to Candace. For this reason ONLY, I have rated Candace as 7 out of 10. However, she is being educated by one of the best in the real estate business and I think she is intelligent and a very quick learner. Candace also likes the real estate business. As I result I have every confidence that Candace has the market knowledge required and will quickly pick up the negotiation aspect, if not already by now. Candace also has a very welcoming and enthusiastic personality and would be well-received by people in the real estate market which is conducive to successful transactions. For these reasons, I would be happy for Candace to be engaged on my real estate affairs.
