We recently sold our home with Candice Blanch, not only did she make us feel calm and re assured during the whole sale process, she was kind, friendly, honest and ALWAYS met us with a smile. Candice always went above and beyond for us and our specific needs, from adding some extra bits and pieces to create that wow factor with staging our home, to finding the best way to approach marketing that worked best with our budget and still got us results. She was always available when we needed to chat and answered all our questions. She is a vibrant and bubbly character and is very passionate about her role as a sales consultant and is quite experienced. As we sold our house in a dropping market we didn't achieve what we wanted in price however we strongly believe Candice worked hard to achieve the result we got and are very happy with it considering the continuing fall in the market. Candice worked for us, she was on our side. She to believed our house was worth what we wanted and didn't tell us otherwise in order to get a quick sale, unfortunately the market can have an effect on things but this is not a reflection on a great agent. From our first meeting, right through to the final sale, Candice was amazing. She was easy to talk to, gave us great insight into what was going on in the local market, so that we could price and present our house as best as possible. Both Candice and Deb were great at open for inspections, adding some beautiful touches to every room which really lifted the presentation and added a WOW factor! We had an offer after the first open which was fantastic, and sold shortly afterwards, with some great negotiating. The entire team at Impact were a pleasure to deal with - down to earth and handled the whole process without a hitch - which was very comforting for first time sellers such as ourselves.
