Being over the other side of Australia meant that I had to rely on Candice to manage the entire sale from start to finish and throughout the entire campaign she continued to exceed my expectations with her commitment to the sale. Everything was spot on from her estimate on price (which to be honest was beyond my wildest dreams) and her marketing recommendation - which was fair compared to other agents but managed to entice a lot of people through the property.
