In September, Candice had organised an advertising drop in my area of Meadow Springs, i was firstly impressed that she did this drop herself and deposited info into my post box, Candice was fit looking and very smart in her appearance. I decided to give her a call, Candice made an appointment to suit the next day for a property appraisal. She arrived on time and looke around my property, i was suprised by the price she wanted to market the property, which was higher than i thought, we agreed on the market price. Candice then organised the guys to for photo's an the Video, which both turned out amazing and made my house look like a show home. A home open was organised shortly after, with 5 couples going through the property. On the same day Candice called me with all the information of how many people had passed through the property and said she had obtained an offer for $50,000 over the asking price. I was very pleased by this and we moved on to settlement quickly. I was soo impressed by Candice, i advised a friend who had an apartment on the water in Mandurah to use Candice, they had been trying to sell their appartment for a number of years, but were using agents from Perth where they lived, i advised my friends to use Candice and she knew the local market prices in Mandurah and would get them the best price for their property. The property was advertised with pictures and video once again and they received an offer after the first home open, it was above what they were asking.
