Hard-working and caring Candice

We listed our house with R&R Property's Candice Neate. I asked for appraisals from a few other real estate agents. It was interesting to me that they had made their minds up on property value before even seeing my home. They looked only at market trends. Candice came to my home to do her appraisal. I started rushing through the home, thinking that it was just a protocol, not thinking she was any more interested than the other agents. She asked me to slow down, while she made notes on my home with attention to any thoughts I had. This made for a beautiful listing. Candice had a photographer, Annie, come through and do the photo's, again with attention to every detail. The listing for our home went live, and I was sure we were not going to get anywhere near asking, Candice was over some of the other real estate appraisals by more than 10%.
