From the initial contact we had with Candice as the realestate agent we felt stress free. We were worried if the agent was going to be ‘pushy’ but Candice was certainly not that. She explained everything and went above and beyond what her role as the realest agent. If I ever had a question or concern Candice would reply to me immediately and have all the information I asked for within minutes. Candice made us feel like we’ve been long time friends even though we had never met. Not once did I have any worries with buying our house as Candice made us feel at ease. I wouldn’t say these comments if I didn’t mean it but Candice deserves all the accolades for how she communicates and makes people feel stress free during buying a home. Especially for us being first home buyers.

If you are going to sell a house, get an agent who is familiar with the area. Candice is a great option, she sold my house in less than 2 months, communication was impeccable and very friendly, I recommend her to anybody in the area looking to sell/buy.
