A couple of things caught my attention about Candie. When we were getting ready to make an offer, she walked us through recent sales in the areas and the pros and cons of each one of them. This is a great approach compared to "what is the property worth to you?" approach that I heard from a few agents. Her approach helped us to feel more confident about what our offer should be. We also noticed Candie was very careful to keep the disturbance of selling the home to a minimum since it was an emotional sale for the previous owner and Candie was caring and kind with her when we came for a walk through.
