I cannot say enough good things about Cara. My family was living remotely when we decided to sell our house on the coast and buy in Brisbane (during the early days of the Covid lock downs). It was definitely NOT a straight line. We had to see the property via a video call, and put in an offer subject to the sale of our coast house and finance during a very difficult time. She put us in touch with an excellent solicitor and broker and negotiated several extensions for finance with the owners because of the difficulties with time frames as a result of Covid. We loved that the building inspection was available for the property while it was on the market!
