Overall good communication. Once we were under contract. Getting to contract was unprofessional. The only real estate that wouldn't present our offer prior to having us sign the contract. This is not typical as no other agent or company required this order. After the seller signed however, communications going through the rest of the process went well.

Always dealt with any requests/questions quickly and successfully. Answered phone calls immediately or returned calls promptly which is appreciated. Support staff also very helpful.

The “process” started, and ran smoothly, with dedicated team members guiding each step - declutter, staging, photography, to open-house. Cara attended each open-house personally, supporting her team members who were always present also. We were very happy with the sale price achieved, and contract terms, which included a sell/buy contemporaneous settlement date. Then our focus turned to finding a new home - even though we had been looking the whole time. Once again Cara was instrumental in assisting us to achieve a great result. Ultimately, Cara achieved the contemporaneous settlement of 5 properties to complete our sale - selling the properties of our buyers, their buyers, our property, the property we purchased, and our seller’s new property. A massive logistical effort, with a truly sensational result for everyone involved ! If I was going to sell again, I would use Cara and her team again -in a heart beat.
Hey I wrote a review when Cara and her team sold our waterfront property in 15 days after being with an other agent for 3months!! She was awesome!! Now I get the opportunity again to write it as a buyer. Wowwwww she’s done it again. We did it all after one inspection and needing some work done as our she supervised ans we were overseas and then following up on the engineers report we wanted!! Next level in customer service!!
