The team then were exceptionally helpful in working with us to help us prepare house for photo shoot and inspections, to make sure we are concentrating on the right things. As a result the house was on the market for just about a week and sold for far better price than what we were hoping for initially ! Cara, Emanuel and her team were fantastic. Their plan was perfectly executed. Open home followed by short list of offers followed by a contract….all within days. We sold quickly for what be believed to be the true and fair value of the property. A value that was higher than the estimates and advice of other agents. We had this house on the market previously with other agents and were told the market had changed and we should accept an offer that was considerably lower than the eventual selling price.
