I'm sure we are not alone, when we were feeling anxious about selling. We had discussed it for several years but then made a sudden decision to put our home on the market believing it was now or never. Like everyone else, we have had mountains of flyers from Various Agents in the area. However, I had decided some time ago, to ask Cara to sell our home from what I experienced with friends of ours few years ago. As I expected Cara was prompt with her contact and came to our home to discuss the journey of selling our home. I was reluctant to have an open home and despite explaining it was not the best decision; Cara respected my wishes.
