What can I say! Cara and her team are amazing! From the beginning she was very professional and did not promise us an unrealistic value of our house like other agents did. She was spot on with her valuation. Cara and her entire team worked tirelessly from the beginning hosting 2-3 open homes per week, provided regular updates and weekly reports. When things were not going to plan, Cara adapted immediately and applied a different strategy which resulted in the sale of our house within a week from applying that strategy and for more than we could have hoped for.
