From the moment I met Cara, I knew I could trust her. Cara and her whole team worked tirelessly and so professionally throughout the whole process. As promised by Cara, within 2 weeks of putting my house on the market I signed and exchanged the contract for sale. Even after the exchange before contract be and unconditional Cara and her team kept running the show, ie open home on Saturday and on Tuesday too. Cara even had a backup who offered $4k more than the buyer whom I exchanged contract with. Very impressed with Cara’s professionalism and I learnt a lot from her just by observing how she works in her field and how she interacts with her clients. She doesn’t miss a thing. And it taught me a lot in terms of how I’m going to interact with my own clients in my working field. Why do I feel like professionalism at its highest quality is actually an expression of compassion? Yup a little philosophical but that’s exactly what I learnt from Cara and her team.
