Not living in the same city as my property could have made the renovation and sale difficult. Not with Cara and her team. Tenants moved. The house was painted inside and out, carpets and toilets replaced and minor repairs done within a fortnight. All of this, including colours, was organised by Cara. The house was beautifully staged on Monday. Photos taken on Tuesday and uploaded with ad on Wednesday. Open house on Saturday with multiple offers submitted and sold over asking on Monday. It was a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier with the result. I cannot recommend Cara and her team highly enough.
