Their initial sincerity and approachability, with their experience ,gave us confidence in their management of the sales process . This began with realistic appraisals and great advice on the way to handle the sale. At no point did we feel pressured to head down a particular path. The advice included referrals and advice on pre sale improvements which were inexpensive and quick. In-fact their guidance limited the scope, due to their experience, from what were initially prepared to complete. Ultimately it didn't impact on outcomes but saved on our sales costs. They were so supportive during this period. Their appraisal and advice was correct.
