Professional, personable and great result
The outcome of this sale was vitally important to me as I head into retirement and the next phase of my life. Also, the nature of the market meant my selection of agent became more about connecting with the agent, being comfortable with the process and needing her to understand any deficiencies in what I was offering for sale. There are a number of agents in Albany Creek who may tick those boxes too but for me Cara was clearly outstanding in all aspects.
Cara leads a hardworking team and every time I contacted them all members I spoke with were across the latest news regarding the sale. They were also pleasant to deal with; well mannered, good communicators and keen problem solvers. Their use of technology also led to quick and transparent exchanges of documentation.
Cara led the sale from start to finish. I dealt with her directly regarding all of the sale. She provided honest feedback and had solutions when required.
I also wanted an agent who would be respectful of the people who would be submitting offers. This market is placing those looking to buy under enormous pressure and it was important to me that the agent could do that and I believe Cara and her team did just that.
By the way, I did have the house staged, at Cara's recommendation, and it made a significant difference to the presentation of the house.
Based on the result of the sale, nearly 80 groups through, 9 offers, a sale within 5 days, the final sale price was outstanding. I always felt if the personal fit was right, the process was well constructed and supported by a long history of success, that the team supporting both was full of like minded members, that the outcome would look after itself. And it did!
