She demonstrated strong knowledge of the market and guided us throughout the transaction. Communication was generally good but I did feel somewhat out of the loop when the property went unconditional. I greatly appreciated the generous settlement gift and the beautiful bow on the front door — a thoughtful gesture that added a special touch to the overall experience. Cara’s team were also incredibly helpful on the day of settlement. They even assisted me in unloading my car on arrival which made the move much smoother.
