Cannot be happier with Cara and her team!

Right from the get go we knew when the time came to list our property for sale, Cara would be the agent we’d be appointing. Whilst being active buyers in the market a good 9+ months prior to selling our home, we found ourselves at many of Cara’s listings. As a potential buyer, we were impressed with how she conducted herself at open homes, her transparency, her efficient responses, and her local knowledge. Cara was a stand out when compared amongst other agents. We knew that she would be the perfect agent to sell our house, being both professional, but also no BS! When it came time to list our house, her service was outstanding. Cara actually listened to what our goals were and what was most important to us with the sale. Again, she never failed to be at our beckoning call for anything we needed or wanted to ask. The stand out service didn’t stop with Cara. Cara’s team are equally just as responsive and professional. And they were actually happy and accommodating! Which goes to show that they are well supported in their employment at Cara Bergmann Properties.
