Cara and the team were incredible from the beginning. We needed to buy quickly and were praying for a miracle because the market was super inflated with properties going for way above market value, and we had a strict budget debt and timeframe to stick to! She immediately responded to our request with a property under our budget, in a great area, and off market. A friend of mine told me she did the same for them at the same time with similar circumstances. Truly a miracle find!
