Breath of fresh air

I first met Cara at an open house in my street which was extremely busy but I noticed she still managed to engage with everyone and her professionalism coupled with her dynamic personality was a breath of fresh air to me. My house had previously been on the market with another agent for some time without result and I was taking a break, feeling disallusioned by the whole experience. Cara sold the aforementioned house at its first open so I contacted her to try again with mine. Cara sat down with me and thoroughly explained her sales strategy in her professional friendly manner. Anyone associated with Cara's team, ie photographer, floor plan designer, and of course Sam in sales is also professional and friendly at all times. My house sold at the first open with multiple offers, I accepted an offer I was extremely happy with. At all times Cara remained in communication and if she was busy with another client would text to let me know she had my message and follow up asap. Cara has taken some of the stress out of what can be a very stressful situation and for that I am grateful and would have no hesitation in recommending this friendly, dynamic woman who is like a breath of fresh air.
