If you want an agent who knows the market, listens to what the buyer wants and the sellers are offering. This is your agent! We were sellers and after putting our home on the market with a local agent, we were searching around Cara’s listings as she was present there at the open homes, answering questions and guiding buyers with her in depth knowledge and years of skills. Her and her team of “amazingness!!” Carefully selected staff who are more like family than staff. Cara had a process which totally worked.
