Exceeded expectations

Cara and her team have been second to none in both our sale and purchase process (simultaneous settlement). We needed to get on the market fairly quickly in order to purchase our new home. They gave advice on what improvements to make, and assisted in lining up all of the businesses to complete them in record time. On top of achieving our goal, Cara negotiated several favourable conditions to us including some we had not considered. A huge thank you to Cara and her whole team for everything!
