Experience was great at the start

We recently worked with Cara as our real estate agent in purchasing a property, she was outstanding from start, her knowledge of the market and explanations gave us great reassurance throughout the process. Emanuel, who assisted her, was equally impressive, attentive, responsive, and always ensuring our questions and requests were addressed before we signed the contract. Together, they made the experience smooth and stress free, and we truly appreciated their professionalism, however, upon taking photos for us to send to ourselves with us next to the sold sign, Cara/her team uploaded the photos to Facebook without permission of my family and our new exact address, which i was hoping to remain private as i did not wish for people to know my address. Other than that, everything was great.
