Cara, Emanuel and her team were fantastic. Their plan was perfectly executed. Open home followed by short list of offers followed by a contract….all within days. We sold quickly for what be believed to be the true and fair value of the property. A value that was higher than the estimates and advice of other agents. We had this house on the market previously with other agents and were told the market had changed and we should accept an offer that was considerably lower than the eventual selling price. The home was our late mothers and thankfully the family decided not to go with this advice and we sought out a second opinion. Cara’s estimation of what the property was worth was in line with our thinking and ended up being the final settlement amount. It all happened so smoothly. We were impressed with Cara’s market knowledge and smart processes. I also live locally and if I ever decide to sell I will be calling Cara and her team.
