Cara promised to take care of everything, and that is what Cara & her team did. They conducted themselves professionally and kept me informed throughout the sales process. Cara even gave me a reminder that it was me delaying the process at one point. The only slight blemish on an otherwise perfect performanchie was that we collectively learnt at the very last minute that the oven needed replacing. A standard question by Cara of a remote vendor might have identified that problem much earlier.
