Cara helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional, astute and innovative

From first meeting with Cara it became apparent that she was the agent for us. We have bought and sold numerous times and Cara's approach and strategy to selling homes fitted with what we had already learned from previous experience, in addition to her introducing some new approaches. She was informed, interested, enthusiastic and clear on how to progress. Because of our confidence in her approach, we closely followed her advice and achieved a record breaking result in record time! Her whole team was very professional, excellent communicators and attended to everything very promptly. Everything they promised, they did. We have no hesitation in recommending Cara and her team.
