We are very happy with how Cara helped us sell our home. It was only on the market for 7 days. Cara and all members of her team were excellent in their communication, marketing and keeping us updated through every step. Cara has developed a really effective network of trades so we were able to get jobs done through her referrals within days, whereas left to our own devices we would've had to wait for weeks - she literally only had to say the word! Only Cara negotiated for us and she kept the communication going, giving us peace of mind. She got our price and settlement date to suit our particular circumstances and for that we're grateful. She worked with us and for us and we felt that her whole team had our best interests uppermost, being flexible and quick to help us with anything we needed.
