Caren has been highly professional with excellent market knowledge. Information conveyed on the actual house purchase was missing in a little detail eg extent of body corporate and insurance coverage and the fact that a trailer was hiding a large stump that has to be drilled out in the back yard. The latter was perhaps beyond her control as the owner was not forthcoming about its existence. Her response to requests and attention on the day of the hand over were second to none.
